Bump & Baby Terms & Conditions

The Bump & Baby  voucher is valid for 9 months from issue, and is non-refundable. Two separate studio photo sessions are included, and the customer receives one free image from each session, presented in an 8" x 6" bevel mount. The image is chosen by the customer. All photo sessions and viewings must be complete to qualify for the free photos, and all photo sessions must be concluded prior to baby’s first birthday.

Studio Portrait sessions are available from 10am – 5pm Tuesday to Saturday. Saturday is often much busier than midweek, please book your session well in advance. Portrait sessions cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee of £15.00, as we are unable to fill sessions at short notice.

If the customer fails to attend any of the portrait or viewing sessions, without giving prior notice to the studio, the voucher will be voided and no refund can be offered. The studio can be contacted on (01202) 51 35 35, if we cannot take your call please leave a message. If you are running late for your appointment, please inform the studio as soon as possible. If customers arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, without giving the studio notice, then the appointment may be cancelled and the voucher voided.

We have parking available for one vehicle directly outside the studio. Please park in the bay marked ‘Reserved Parking 24hrs’. Evening portrait sessions are available on Thursday’s, hourly from 6pm - 8pm. There is an extra charge of £20.00 for this service.

The Babyfolio  voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue, and is non-refundable. Three separate studio photo sessions are included, and one image from each session will be mounted into the triple folio. The image is chosen by the customer, and can only be of baby alone, not with any other family members. All three studio photo sessions and viewings must be complete to qualify for the Bumpfolio, and all photo sessions must be concluded prior to baby’s first birthday.
